Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Paper Machine Scheduled Annual Shut Down work.
• Plan and execute periodic (10-14 hour) scheduled Paper Machine Shut Down work - Coordinator/Scheduler.
• Plan Daily, weekly and monthly activities for the Maintenance Group.
• Manage Paper Machine Rolls & Roll repairs - annual repair and maintenance cost.
• Coordinate weekly planning meetings to verify schedule and priorities.
• Promote integration between mechanical and electrical craftspeople.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Requires active participation in safety, cost management, process improvement, plant scheduling and production flows.
• Plan and execute Paper Machine Scheduled Annual Shut Down work
• Plan and execute periodic (10-14 hour) scheduled Paper Machine Shut Down work- Coordinator/ Scheduler
• Plan the Daily, weekly and monthly Activities for the Maintenance Group
• Manage Paper Machine Rolls & Roll repairs- Annual Repair and Maintenance cost
• Works closely with Peers to ensure work is being accomplished in a quality manner
• Helps establish goals and objectives to align with company roadmap
• Effectively manage available resources (i.e. parts availability for planned work) on daily basis through efficient planning and scheduling activities
• Utilize maintenance metrics to achieve annual production and reliability goals as defined
• Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis process. - To improve Mill overall reliability
• Coordinate weekly planning meetings to ensure operations personnel are knowledgeable of upcoming maintenance activities, verify schedule and priority of work
• Promote an integrated work environment between mechanical and electrical craftspeople
• Other duties as assigned.
