Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for our power delivery projects across Itasca, TX and Midland, TX.

You will translate field progress into actionable timelines, apply construction knowledge, and collaborate with project teams to optimize field execution. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Engineering (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of Primavera P6 experience, plus proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent plus 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain project schedules for assigned projects.
• Apply construction knowledge to capture realistic sequencing and forecast potential issues.

Position Summary

As a Scheduler, your role goes far beyond creating Gantt charts and producing reports. We are looking for someone who is passionate about construction, eager to understand how work actually gets built, and excited to work alongside project and site teams. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules while applying construction knowledge to capture realistic sequencing, identify potential challenges, support forecasting, and help project teams make better decisions. What It Takes

• - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering , or a related field —or an equivalent combination of education and 1–3 years of relevant experience
• - 1 - 3 years of experience using Primavera P6 and the Microsoft Office Suite
• - Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicle driven, with an acceptable driving record
• - Ability to travel up to 25%
