Job description

Responsibilities

The Scheduler has the following responsibilities: to answer phones, schedule appointments, obtain appropriate authorizations, eligibilities, prescriptions, blood test results, and patient demographics in order to schedule patients for procedures. Greet patients or callers over the phone professionally. Obtain and verify patient information, observe patient confidentiality according to policy and procedure. Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
