Job summary

Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, NY is seeking a manager in the Faculty Practice department to lead a team of staff performing the same work and to coordinate daily surgical scheduling with the Chief of Anesthesiology.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business, social sciences, or HR, plus about six years of healthcare experience and experience in an operating room administrative environment; it is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource to staff and collaborating departments in resolving complex issues and by providing technical skills.
• Coordinates the daily surgical schedule with the Chief of Anesthesiology ensuring accuracy and making changes as necessary.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
