Position Overview

We're seeking a full-time, staff Project Scheduler to join our team on-site in Berwick, PA.

The Key Skills You Should Possess:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to independently solve problems.
  • Strong organizational skills focused on achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in Primavera and/or Microsoft scheduling software.
  • Basic understanding of industry scheduling terminology.
Responsibilities:
  • Support and guide site scheduling personnel.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and Operational teams to develop and update detailed schedules.
  • Assist with scheduling analysis and audits.
  • Develop and modify project schedules and integrate multiple schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
  • Support proposal scheduling and project teams as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Some college or post-secondary education preferred, or a minimum of five years of related experience in construction.
  • Over three years of experience in scheduling roles.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer certifications or equivalent education is a plus.
Salary Range

In compliance with state pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $66,000 - $193,000. Final compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors. Specific benefits and programs may depend on hire date, schedule, and union status.
