Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • 1 year of full-time scheduling experience for an Owner or General Contractor.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide schedule review comments for baseline and monthly updates.
  • Create and populate schedule reports in Excel and P6.
  • Create Earned Value curves per EVA template guidelines.
  • QA/QC on contractors' schedules for conformance with contract scope.
  • Analyze schedules for proper use of codes, layouts and data integrity.
  • QA/QC on P6 program schedules and validate logic ties.
  • Update master schedule with as-built dates and input from Facilities teams.

Job Title: Scheduler I
Overview Of Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of Senior Schedulers and Project Schedulers to provide construction schedule review comments for contractor-generated Baseline Schedules and Monthly Schedule updates based on client review templates.
  • Assist the scheduling team in creating and populating various schedule related reports in Excel and P6 software.
  • Create Earned Value Curves based on client EVA template guidelines.
  • Perform QA/QC on contractors schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and requirements.
  • Analyze schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary to ensure data integrity.
  • Perform QA/QC on P6 program schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance with scheduling guidelines for various project types.
  • Update the master program schedule with as-built start and finish dates while coordinating input from various Facilities teams on projected/forecast sequential start/finish dates.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Level:
  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor s degree in engineering, architecture, engineering, or construction management
Minimum Years And Experience
  • One (1) year full-time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.
Professional Experience Level/Other Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
  • Superior organizational and planning skills
Compensation

This role is salaried/exempt with a base annual salary range of $90,000.00 - $114,000.00 and commensurate with skill, education, experience, and work location.

This role is bonus eligible after 6 months of employment.
