Works in an office environment. Requires long periods of sitting and perform computer work.
High School Diploma or GED required. 1 year progressively responsible secretarial and administrative experience required, 3 years preferred. Organized, effective oral and written communication, ability to multi-task/prioritize, customer service skills preferred. Strong computer/typing skills preferred.

Provides administrative support for a defined clinical team or teams. Conducts timely and effective scheduling/visit assignments to support well-coordinated care, clinician productivity standards and policies. Performs scheduling tasks per MD orders, direction of clinicians and appropriate authorizations. Identifies and communicates to leadership barriers to productivity, staffing needs and untimely clinician communication/documentation that impedes the service line’s operational and financial success.
