AT&T Global Public Sector in Columbia, Maryland is seeking a Scheduler (Government) to plan, coordinate, and manage schedules for complex engineering projects, collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional scheduling experience supporting a U.S. government contract.
• Experience managing schedules and priorities in a dynamic, team-based environment with frequently changing mission or customer requirements.
• Experience collaborating across technical, program, customer, and partner teams to align schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills to manage competing priorities and clearly present schedule status, risks, and recommended actions.

• Adapt priorities and schedules quickly to meet evolving mission, contract, and customer needs.
• Support a 24x7 operational environment by responding to after-hours requests as needed to meet service-level commitments.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred; additional relevant scheduling experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
