Compass Group USA's Canteen division is seeking a full-time Scheduler to manage daily routing and scheduling for SmartService vending routes in Tallahassee, FL.

You will use Cantaloupe scheduling tools, coordinate with drivers and CSMs, and ensure accurate route merchandising and timely updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Route driver experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Proficient with Excel and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling for vending routes.
• Use Cantaloupe scheduling software to plan routes.
• Merchandise each route with Cantaloupe tools.
• Serve as backup line Pick Line Supervisor as needed.
• Communicate schedule changes with drivers and CSMS.
• Provide updates to senior management.
• Back-up picker duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Manages the daily scheduling process for all SmartService vending routes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily scheduling process for vending and markets.
• Utilizes Cantaloupe scheduling software to dynamically schedule each route.
• Merchandises each route utilizing Cantaloupe merchandising tools.
• Acts as a Back-up line Pick Line Supervisor as needed.
• Communicates daily with drivers and CSMs regarding schedule changes, POG changes, merchandising, missed picks, skipped stops, etc.
• Provides updates to senior management and shares progress with drivers.
• Acts as Back-up Picker as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Route driver experience at the branch (preferable).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Computer technical skills (excel, analytics, new technologies, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
