Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking a Scheduler to manage daily scheduling for SmartService vending routes in Austin, TX. This role involves using Cantaloupe software for scheduling, as well as merchandise management and communication with drivers.

The ideal candidate will have route driver experience, computer technical skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs consistently. This position offers a full-time schedule with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Route driver experience at the branch (preferable).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Computer technical skills (Excel, analytics, new technologies, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily scheduling process for vending and markets.
• Utilizes Cantaloupe scheduling software to dynamically schedule each route.
• Merchandises each route using Cantaloupe merchandising tools.
• Communicates daily with drivers and CSMs regarding schedule changes.
• Provides updates to senior management and shares progress with drivers.

Scheduler

Location: Canteen Austin - 6719 East Howard Lane, Building 2, Austin, TX 78754.

Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary; further details will be provided during the interview.

Compensation: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Job Summary

Manages the daily scheduling process for all SmartService vending routes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the daily scheduling process for vending and markets.
• Utilizes Cantaloupe scheduling software to dynamically schedule each route.
• Merchandises each route using Cantaloupe merchandising tools.
• Acts as a back‑up line Pick Line Supervisor as needed.
• Communicates daily with drivers and CSMs regarding schedule changes, POG changes, merchandising, missed picks, skipped stops, etc.
• Provides updates to senior management and shares progress with drivers.
• Acts as back‑up Picker as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
