Job summary

Canteen is hiring for a full-time Scheduler in Carrollton, TX. The role manages daily scheduling for SmartService vending routes, using Cantaloupe software to schedule and merchandise routes, and serving as a backup supervisor as needed.

Requires MS Office experience and ability to lift 50 lbs, with a fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Sunday through Thursday schedules and opportunities for advancement are noted.

Qualifications

• Route driver experience at the branch (preferable).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Computer technical skills (excel, analytics, new technologies, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily scheduling process for vending and markets.
• Uses Cantaloupe scheduling software to schedule routes.
• Merchandises each route utilizing Cantaloupe merchandising tools.
• Acts as Back-up line Pick Line Supervisor as needed.
• Communicates daily with drivers and CSMs regarding schedule changes, POG changes, merchandising, missed picks, skipped stops, etc.
• Provides updates to senior management and shares progress with drivers.
• Acts as Back-up Picker as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Location : Canteen - 2643 North Interstate 35E, Carrollton, TX 75006. Note: online applications accepted only .

• Schedule : Full time schedule. Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Further details upon interview.

• Requirement : Previous MS Office Suite experience required.
