Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing in Morristown, NJ, is seeking a Scheduler/Dispatcher to deliver seamless private flight operations for high-profile clients and their executive assistants. In this hybrid role, you will manage flight schedules, coordinate crew assignments, and oversee trip logistics for large-cabin aircraft.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate flight dispatch or aviation scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91 duty and rest requirements.
  • Experience using flight scheduling software such as TripPlanning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and high-profile clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.

  • Arrange catering, ground transportation, and other trip-related logistics.
  • Monitor trip details and address scheduling or operational issues.
  • Ensure all flight arrangements comply with FAA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Communicate with crews, clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Support 24/7 flight operations and respond to time-sensitive needs.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • $85,000–$100,000 annual salary, based on qualifications and experience.
