Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Nursing Scheduler Coordinator/Central Supply Clerk for Rosegate Village. The role ensures appropriate staffing levels and supplies so staff can deliver quality geriatric care to residents.

The position requires Indiana QMA licensure, state training in medication administration, and strong communication to coordinate with leadership and staff. This role supports CARE values and resident-centered operations in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure staffing levels meet care requirements and coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing.
  • Maintain and coordinate inventory of supplies, equipment, and instruments for resident care.
  • Collaborate across departments to communicate scheduling needs and stay compliant with budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
  • Support a culture of compassionate care and teamwork among staff and residents.

Nursing Scheduler Coordinator/Central Supply Opportunity at Rosegate Village
QMA

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator/Central Supply Clerk is a key team member that is responsible for the overall assurances of appropriate staffing levels are met at all times, assuring the staff have the necessary equipment and supplies to care for our residents. The Central Supply Clerk is responsible for ordering, re-ordering, stocking, delivering and maintaining inventory.

Skills Needed
  • Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents and team members.
  • Organization: The ability to create staffing schedules that ensures the provision of quality nursing care.
  • Collaboration: Coordinates with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs and ensure compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Strong understanding and collaboration with team members to ensure quick, equitable and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
