Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is seeking a Scheduler for a top heavy civil contractor in the Milwaukee area. The role requires a construction-related degree and 5+ years of scheduling experience, with Primavera P6 proficiency and multi-project oversight capabilities.

Candidate should be able to manage schedules across utilities, dams, tunnels, bridges, roads, and rail projects, and reside in the Milwaukee Metro area if possible. Strong benefits are offered by the employer.

• Exposure to diverse heavy civil projects (utilities, dams, tunnels, bridges, roads, rail).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 is required.
• Ability to schedule and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple heavy civil projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to align baselines.
• Monitor progress, update critical paths, and forecast milestones.

Scheduler Requirements

• Construction related degree required (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
• 5+ years of scheduling experience
• Project exposure to diverse heavy civil: Utilities, Dams, Tunnels, Bridge, Roads, Rail, etc.
• Proficiency with P6 REQUIRED
• Ability to schedule and oversee multiple projects at once
• Able to live in the Milwaukee Metro quired
