Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting LLC is assisting a top heavy civil contractor in the Milwaukee area to hire a Scheduler.

Requirements include a construction-related degree, 5+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6.

Candidates must be able to schedule and oversee multiple projects across utilities, dams, tunnels, bridges, roads and rail, and live in the Milwaukee metro.

Qualifications

• Project exposure to diverse heavy civil sectors (utilities, dams, tunnels, bridges, roads, rail).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 is required.
• Able to schedule and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to live in the Milwaukee metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project teams across utilities, bridges, dams, tunnels, and roads.
• Monitor progress, update schedules, and forecast impacts on critical paths.

Scheduler Requirements

• Construction related degree required (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
• 5+ years of scheduling experience
• Project exposure to diverse heavy civil: Utilities, Dams, Tunnels, Bridge, Roads, Rail, etc.
• Proficiency with P6 REQUIRED
• Ability to schedule and oversee multiple projects at once
• Able to live in the Milwaukee Metro quired
