Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to plan and coordinate production timelines and operations within the manufacturing schedule.

The role requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, production, and procurement to ensure tasks meet deadlines and adjust plans as needed. The Scheduler will develop and maintain the production schedule, analyze data to optimize lead times, and monitor progress against the schedule to mitigate delays.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the production schedule based on demand forecast, sales orders, and resource availability.
• Analyze production and inventory data to optimize scheduling and reduce lead times.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment.
• Monitor progress against the schedule to identify potential issues and implement change as needed.
• Conduct regular meetings with stake holder to communicate scheduling changes, updates and any impacts to delivery schedule.
• Utilize scheduling software and tools to generate work, reports, and metrics

Job Summary

• Skills: Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks and projects. Organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Effectively communicate with internal customers.
• Abilities: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to shifting priorities and changing circumstances. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining focus and efficiency across various responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Person (US Citizen, person granted US Permanent Resident Card or any individual who is granted status as a "protected person")
• Education requirements: GED/High School Diploma
• Two years of planning, and/or MRP experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, or other related field

Working Conditions

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Occasional exposure to manufacturing floor and testing environments. May require lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for extended periods during product testing.
