You will handle high-volume customer calls, data entry, and reporting daily and weekly activities, while maintaining professionalism and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling – This task is to get customers scheduled that have purchased a Renewal by Andersen project.
• Answering inbound and outbound telephone calls to schedule installation appointments.
• Assisting installation and production team with office tasks and customer service.
• Accurately and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities.

• Considerable experience in high volume customer service atmosphere
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Keen eye for detail

• Computer proficiency—Microsoft Excel and Outlook
