Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Stevens, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support distribution center operations, including inbound shipments, appointment scheduling, and trailer registration.

You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, lifting up to 30 lbs, with powered equipment use as needed, and benefit from weekly pay, solid health plans, and a strong PTO program.

*Eligibility requirements vary by position. Specific warehouse support activities including: (1) scheduling distribution center inbound shipments; (2) maintaining the on-line appointment schedule; (3) registering inbound trailers; and (4) reconciling receipts to the bills of lading. General warehouse duties to support scheduling distribution center inbound shipments. The accurate on-line appointing through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) of inbound trailers to support the efficient flow of merchandise through receiving. Ensuring trailers are properly registered inbound and accurately released after completion. Accurately filing and maintaining receipts. Ability to communicate with all areas of the company including Home Office, vendors, carriers, and drivers. Consistent support responding to phone calls, emails and fax transmissions. Recognizing scheduling issues and/or conflicts within the WMS system, this can include but is not limited to duplicate appointments. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs without assistance. Willing to work in all areas of the warehouse as workload dictates.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $29.40
