Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a seasoned scheduling professional in Richmond, VA to plan, monitor, and control heavy industrial projects. You will develop and maintain schedules for contract packages, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with safety and cost objectives.
The role emphasizes Earned Value management, change order coordination, and collaboration with engineering and field teams.
Job Scope: Generally responsible for planning and scheduling heavy industrial engineering projects, monitoring project costs and/or estimating projects. Work will be performed under minimal supervision.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field is highly preferred.
Certification: AACE International or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is preferred.
Experience: This position requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
