Job summary

Insight Global seeks a seasoned schedule professional to develop and maintain resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules for ship repair and construction programs. You will analyze critical paths, perform EVM metrics, and deliver weekly performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Required are 5+ years in program control or scheduling within marine environments, proficiency in MS Project, and familiarity with NAVSEA reporting.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of program control/scheduling experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, marine construction environments, or similar industry.
• Proficiency in MS Project or other related enterprise scheduling software
• Familiarity with NAVSEA or MSC reporting requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project for ship repair programs.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Leads, Trade Supervisors, and subcontractors to collect schedule status.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule drivers, constraints, and dependencies.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and what-if scenario analyses.
• Monitor performance against baselines and identify variances and recovery opportunities.
• Calculate and report Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership and government stakeholders.
• Provide schedule variance analysis, forecasting, and recovery recommendations.
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support IBRs, schedule audits, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain schedule integrity and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project for ship repair, overhaul, fabrication, and new construction programs.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Leads, Trade Supervisors, and subcontractors to collect, validate, and integrate schedule status updates.
• Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule drivers, constraints, and dependencies impacting program performance.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and what-if scenario analyses to support strategic planning and program decision‑making.
• Monitor project performance against established baselines and identify schedule variances and recovery opportunities.
• Calculate, analyze, and report Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics including:

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to program leadership and government stakeholders.
• Provide schedule variance analysis, forecasting, and recovery recommendations to ensure program objectives are achieved.
• Identify schedule risks and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), schedule audits, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain schedule integrity and ensure adherence to program scheduling standards and best practices.

Salary Range: $90k-$110k
