Overview
LiRo‑Hill, a highly respected A/E firm, moves forward with a need for a Scheduler. The role supports construction management, engineering, environmental, architectural, and program management solutions across the public and private sectors. The Scheduler will work within our integrated construction, design and technology solutions framework.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, develop, and coordinate CPM schedules for all phases from planning and design through construction and project close‑out.
- Review construction design drawings and specifications, conduct field visits, and gather all material and data necessary to create and refine CPM construction schedules.
- Prepare CPM schedule activities, establish logic relationships and activity durations in consultation with design, construction management, and other stakeholders.
- Perform bottom‑up resource and cost loading of schedule activities when required.
- Prepare CPM schedule reports indicating critical path, total float, milestones, constraints, and other key metrics.
- Conduct time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of potential delays.
- Review contractor schedule submissions, track monthly delay impacts, and assess responsibility for delays.
- Develop summary schedule analysis reports for project management staff.
- Maintain the Primavera P6 database, review database structures, and perform monthly database updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training.
- 3‑8 years of experience in construction scheduling.
- Strong technical schedule review and analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Compensation
Minimum: $90,000. Maximum: $120,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and location.
The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
