Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to manage master project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Procore for healthcare, educational, and commercial building projects in Carrollton, GA.

You will collaborate with preconstruction and field teams, updating critical paths and ensuring milestones are achieved. Typical duties include schedule development, tracking, and risk analysis with strong tool proficiency and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction scheduling experience.
• Proficient with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore.
• Experience building master and critical path schedules.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for markup and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with preconstruction and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Build preliminary and master schedules by analyzing plans, takeoffs, and subcontractor data while integrating milestones and sequencing.
• Update schedules at least biweekly using MS Project, Procore, and P6 with site verification (visits, logs, minutes, photos).
• Oversee weather logs, manage department budget and billing, and provide schedule risk analysis for claims.
• 5+ years of experience as a P6 scheduler on commercial buildings; proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade partners, and leadership to present critical path updates and confirm scope.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to manage master project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and Procore. You will collaborate closely with preconstruction and field operations teams to build and update critical paths for commercial building projects including healthcare, educational, and commercial facilities. Responsibilities

• Responsible for building preliminary schedules and master schedules by analyzing plans, specifications, takeoff quantities, and subcontractor data while integrating key project milestones and sequencing plans.
• Continuously updates schedules at least every two weeks using software like MS Project, Procore, and P6, verifying progress via site visits, project logs, meeting minutes, and photo documentation.
• Oversees NOAA weather logs, manages department budget and billing, facilitates team scheduling training, and provides expert analysis of project schedules for legal claims pursuit or defense.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a P6 scheduler in commercial building construction, alongside proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Actively partners with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade partners, and senior leadership to identify schedule risks, confirm scope requirements, and present critical path updates.
