Job summary

E-Logic is seeking a qualified Scheduler to support project planning, scheduling, and construction management activities at NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy. The role includes schedule development, analysis, and coordination for housing, medical, industrial, and waterfront facilities.

The candidate will participate in CSRA and technical evaluations, with frequent TDY travel to NSA Bahrain (Kingdom of Bahrain). U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management with 5 years scheduling experience, or 10 years scheduling experience.
• Scheduling experience on construction projects of $25M or greater.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Claim Digger; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project; Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Experience with cost-loaded NAS schedules and federal building criteria/specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze planning, design, and construction schedules for a variety of facility projects.
• Develop and present the Basis of Schedule; propose durations for in-house projects and RFPs.
• Participate in CSRA and Technical Evaluation Teams as a non-voting member.
• Perform schedule analysis including Critical Path and delay/time-impact assessments.

The selected candidate will provide schedule development, analysis, and coordination support for a wide range of complex construction projects, including housing, medical, industrial, and waterfront facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze planning, design, and construction schedules across a broad range of facility project types.
• Develop and present the Basis of Schedule; propose realistic construction durations for in-house projects and RFPs.
• Participate in Cost Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) and Technical Evaluation Teams (as a non‑voting member).
• Perform construction schedule analysis, Critical Path analysis, and delay/time‑impact analysis on modifications.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management AND 5 years of construction scheduling experience; OR 10 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Scheduling experience on construction projects of $25M or greater.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Claim Digger; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project; Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Experience with cost‑loaded Network Analysis Schedules (NAS) and Federal building criteria / construction guide specifications.

Security & eligibility

• U.S. citizen with a current, active DoD Secret clearance.
• Valid driver's license.

Location

Primary work location is NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy (PSC 817 Box 51, FPO, AE 09622-0051). The position requires frequent Temporary Duty (TDY) travel to NSA Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain, including NSA 1, NSA 2, NSA 3, and Isa Air Base. TDY travel may consist of up to ten (10) trips, each lasting approximately ten (10) days, during each performance period. While performing work at NSA Bahrain, employees may be required to work in austere environments due to damaged facilities and must be capable of performing physical activities such as prolonged walking, standing, climbing, crouching, and bending. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
