Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Schedule Analyst to manage Integrated Master Schedules for the Reentry Systems Branch at the Washington Navy Yard.

The role provides technical and programmatic support to D5LE/LE2/Mk7 and other programs, requiring the ability to collaborate across teams and travel 2–3 times per year. Candidates must have SECRET clearance and 5+ years of scheduling experience, with advanced skills in MS Project or Primavera P6, IMS/PSMS, and WBS development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Program Scheduler with strong understanding of Program Controls and Program Performance Management processes, policies and guidelines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 tool experience.
  • Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS), and WBS.

Responsibilities

  • The Schedule Analyst will manage Integrated Master Schedules for the Reentry Systems Branch.
  • Provide technical and programmatic systems support to the D5LE/LE2/Mk7 and other programs.
  • Support headquarters-level planning, development and execution for activities including systems integration, system accuracy, reliability, and safety.

The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering support, Systems Safety support and Financial Analysis support. SDG is hiring now for a Schedule Analyst at the Washington Navy Yard.

Responsibilities

The Schedule Analyst will manage Integrated Master Schedules for the Reentry Systems Branch. They will provide technical and programmatic systems support to the D5LE/LE2/Mk7 and other programs. In addition, they will support headquarters-level planning, development and execution for a variety of activities including systems integration, system accuracy, system reliability, support equipment design, and systems safety. Travel 2-3 times/year may be required.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington D.C, up to 5 days a week.
  • SECRET clearance.
  • 5+ year’s professional experience as a Program Scheduler with strong understanding of Program Controls and Program Performance Management processes, policies and guidelines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 tool experience.
  • Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS), and WBS.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • TOP SECRET Clearance.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
  • Experience working with Strategic Systems Programs.
  • Experience working with DoD engineering and acquisition processes.

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington, DC, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
