Job Summary

International Flavors and Fragrances, Inc. seeks a Scent Design Group Director in Holmdel, NJ, to lead a Scent Design team of professional employees.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
2. Twelve (12) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation, including:

• Utilizing global olfactive expertise across fabric care formats.
• Working in the fragrance industry developing olfactive expertise in different categories.
• Experience with product perfumery culture, signatures across categories and ingredients, innovations, and technologies.
• Performing fragrance design through Holistic Scent Design, including capsule fragrance creation, leveraging latest fragrance molecules, and working with AI systems for fragrance development.
• Translating consumer understanding into insights to drive development of fragrance solutions.
• Managing cross-functional teams in the fragrance industry.

Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to the work site.

Offered salary: between $239,000 and $250,800 per year. 40 hours per week.
