Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Metal Fabricator in Los Angeles, CA to cut, fit, and assemble metal components for custom scenic elements. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, perform MIG/TIG welding, and ensure precision in fabrication from start to finish.

Responsibilities include cutting, welding, assembly, tool maintenance, and strict adherence to safety standards. On-site, full-time position with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator; scenic fabrication/construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong welding and fabrication skills with attention to precision.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble metal parts (steel/aluminum) per blueprints and drawings.
• Cut and shape components using various tools; measure and mark lines for accuracy.
• Perform MIG, TIG welding and inspect welds for strength and quality.
• Maintain and repair fabrication tools and equipment to keep them operational.
• Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to specs, safety, and durability.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE; work closely with team to meet deadlines.
