Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager Administrator to support enterprise endpoint management for a large utility organization. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days onsite weekly and offers a 2-year contract under a W2 with health and 401k benefits.

You will administer, troubleshoot, and optimize SCCM environments, manage software deployment and patching, and support Intune co-management. Strong AD/GP, SQL Server, and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager experience.
• Strong experience with software deployment, patch management, compliance, and SCCM troubleshooting.
• Strong Active Directory and Group Policy knowledge.
• Experience with SQL Server and SCCM reporting.
• Experience with Patch My PC or similar patching tools.
• Experience supporting PKI / certificate-based authentication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise SCCM environments.
• Manage software deployment, patching, compliance, client health, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Support Microsoft Intune / co-management and modern endpoint management.
• Manage Active Directory and Group Policy in a large Windows environment.
• Support OS deployment, imaging, task sequences, drivers, and workstation provisioning.
• Develop and maintain endpoint reporting, inventory, and compliance dashboards.
• Troubleshoot SCCM client issues, deployment failures, patching issues, and Windows endpoint problems.
• Work with infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and desktop engineering teams.
• Contribute to endpoint modernization, security, automation, and governance initiatives.

Job description

Work Authorization: This position requires U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card) status due to client-specific regulatory and security requirements.

We’re looking for an experienced SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager Administrator to support enterprise endpoint management for a large utility organization.

Schedule: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week

Duration: 2-year contract

Contract Type: W2 with health and 401k benefits
