TECHNICAL PROFICIENCES

• Operating System Deployment using Intune (Auto Pilot, Store for Business, Co-Management) and System Center Configuration Manager (LTI and ZTI OSD, custom scripting)
• Servicing Windows 10 and Office 365 click to run using SCCM and Intune.
• Windows Image Management: (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP), Microsoft BitLocker Administration (MBAM), Windows ADK, USMT.
• Enterprise Mobility: Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security (Intune, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager)
• Windows upgrade Readiness Tool: Desktop Analytics and Microsoft Assessment and Planning Toolkit

Job Description

• Responsible for Deployment and migration of Microsoft Infrastructure Products / Technologies (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot)
• Build Windows 10 OS and User enablement for self-provisioning. Automatic Azure Domain join and enroll to Intune.
• Configured Intune for MDM, MAM, Application Deployment, Software Updates, Configuration & Compliance policies
• Able to test the Gold Image, ensure that all task sequences are working and remediate the issues for all approved hardware models before deployment.
• Providing consultation services for Intune and Windows 10 to adopt the rapid changes happening in the product and other projects like deployment of Windows 10, O365 deployment, network bandwidth optimization using Windows DO (Download Optimization), Peer Cache, Branch Cache, LEDBAT and enhanced security with BitLocker encryption.
• Windows 10 Auto Pilot Deployment and Windows Redeployment using Intune
• Windows 10 Patching using Automatic Deployment rings for auto updates
• Microsoft Office 365 Deployment across the Globe
• Migration of SCCM to Modern Management using Intune (Windows Auto Pilot, Delivery Optimization, Store for Business, Group Policy to Compliance Policy and Configuration Profiles)
• Full-fledged roll-out, troubleshooting, documentation, upgrades/audits and follow-on advice/guidance
• Full documentation of SCCM best practice process and procedures, along with hands-on mentoring and skills transfer to the operations team.
• Providing technical expertise for Windows 7 migration and Windows 10 servicing along with BIOS to UEFI conversion, package and application configuration/deployment strategies, operating system deployment, and site hierarchy configuration settings.
• Providing best practice on setting up and maintaining a solid patching solution, OSD image creation, hardware certification, application creation and monitoring.
• Designing Self-service Application Catalog for deployment of applications.
• Manage and coordinate a team of Windows and Microsoft SCCM engineers to aid in support of the projects and current needs of the environment.
• Migration of SCCM to 2012 along with Implementation and Configuration of System Centre Configuration Manager 2012 and its Features.
• Administration of entire project and give end-to-end support for the entire project by solving technical issues and providing technical solutions on time.
