The Conservation Commission seeks a Puget Sound Regional Manager to work independently under the Director of Regional Managers, providing financial and operational guidance to conservation districts across Western Washington. This role supports district planning, collaboration, and program delivery with a focus on on-the-ground impact.
You will build relationships, coordinate with districts and partners, and help districts meet long-range planning, reporting, and budgeting goals.
As the Puget Sound Regional Manager, you will work independently under the general guidance of the Director of Regional Managers, providing a wide variety of services to the state’s conservation districts. Your role will include helping provide financial and operational guidance to conservation districts, while facilitating collaborative solutions that marry state natural resource priorities and work on the ground in local communities.
In this position, you will provide support to the following conservation districts, although the specific districts may be adjusted from time to time: Clallam, King, Kitsap, Pierce, San Juan Islands, Skagit, Snohomish, Whatcom, and Whidbey Island. *Minor adjustments to the service area may be considered if feasible.

Salary: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 Annually
