We’re hiring for Haunt Operations Attendants for SCarowinds. Join us as we help create spine-tingling thrills and experiences for our guests as they encounter our myriads of haunted attractions. We need your personable skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail to assist us in delivering an excellent guest experience safely this Haunt season.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attraction safety and attendance – including indoor mazes and outdoor scare zones
• Enforce park policies and rules for the safety and enjoyment of all guests
• Assist guests who are lost, frightened, or disoriented
• Handle props and equipment with care
• Stay calm and professional in high‑stress situations
• Understand the characters and themes of your assigned area(s)
• Maintain the spooky and theatrical guest experience while remaining firm in giving directions

Qualifications

• People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates
• Good judgement and a commitment to safety
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
• Passion and excitement about Carowinds and haunted attractions
• Ability to scream and speak in front of large groups of people
• Availability to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
