Job summary

TEKsystems seeks contractors to travel between Monroe, LA office locations supporting the digitization of child welfare documents. You will handle viewing sensitive content and ensure timely scanning and documentation, with mileage reimbursement for travel beyond stated distances.

Reliable transportation and onsite, in-region work are required, with paid travel according to policy. The role is fully onsite in Monroe, LA, with a contract arrangement and a pay range of $18.00 per hour.

Job description

Consultants will be responsible for traveling between multiple office locations within their assigned region to support the digitization of child welfare documents. Viewing sensitive content is a daily part of this position. Travel will be based on the location of physical files requiring scanning, and candidates will follow the workload accordingly. Reliable transportation is required, as frequent travel between sites is an essential part of this role. Scanning/Doc Preppers will be reimbursed for any mileage that is over 1 hour or 50 miles away in the region they support. The standard mileage reimbursement rate for business use in Louisiana for 2026 is $0.70 per mile (70 cents per mile).

This is a Contract position based out of Monroe, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
