MetaSource seeks a Scan Center Clerk in Norwood, MA to perform front-line document preparation, scanning, and data entry, following established procedures.

You will maintain output and quality, operate scanners and related tools safely, and support downstream processes by meeting daily targets and adhering to safety rules.

The role requires reliability, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for scanning and ensure organization.
• Follow processes to maintain output and quality.
• Maintain equipment and report safety hazards.
• Meet output targets as directed by supervisor.
• Ensure PPE is worn and safety procedures followed.
