Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Scanner Associate to work in Monroeville, PA, performing manual scanning and listing of items for online auctions. You will use proprietary software to scan and upload product information with accuracy and report to the Scan Team Lead.

The role requires on-site availability, 8‑hour shifts, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds solo (50 with help). The position offers weekly pay, benefits after probation, and opportunities to grow with the team.

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The S can T eam uses proprietary software to scan and upload product information into the auction portal with accuracy. This position reports to the Scan Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings
• Search products online
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
• Correct and complete information for each item
• Responsible for meeting quantity and quality goals
• Other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and Management
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a timeMust be tech-savvy
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
