Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Scan Team member in Canton, OH for on-site, full-time work. You will scan items into our system, search products online, crop photos for listings, and ensure accurate item information for each auction listing.

The role requires the ability to lift 25 pounds (50 pounds with a team) and to stand/walk for long periods. A tech-savvy candidate who can follow written directions and policies is preferred. HS diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• On-site work required; Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm schedule.
• Must lift 25 lbs alone, 50 lbs with a team lift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to follow written directions and policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Scan Team uses proprietary software to scan and upload product information into the auction portal with accuracy. This position reports to the Scan Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings
• Search products online
• Screenshot and crop photos for online listings
• Correct and complete information for each item
• Responsible for meeting quantity and quality goals
• Other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Availability to work on-site. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
