Job summary

Augrade Inc. is seeking a seasoned specialist to advance its scan-to-BIM workflow. You will transform real-world point clouds into structured 3D BIM models, leveraging Blender and IFC data while applying computer vision to automate reconstruction.

Expect close collaboration with a highly technical team building this capability from the ground up. You may travel onsite to San Francisco about once per quarter, with a strong construction background and hands-on experience on detailed 3D projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve Augrade's point-cloud-to-BIM pipeline — model creation, mesh generation, and data structuring.
• Work directly with point cloud data, IFC files, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender).
• Apply computer vision techniques to improve accuracy and automation of 3D reconstruction.
• Collaborate with a construction-savvy, technically deep team building a new capability from the ground up.
• Join onsite gatherings in San Francisco roughly once per quarter.
