Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Campus Intern to support the Scaled Growth team within the Monetization Product organization. You will assist in market research, product positioning, and GTM campaigns to help advertisers grow on TikTok.

The role offers an hourly compensation between $30 and $50, with day-one benefits and exposure to real-world projects in a fast-paced environment. A 6-month full-time commitment is required, with opportunities to learn and contribute across regions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
• Must be able to commit to a 6 month full-time work period.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and customer research using multi-dimensional data to identify industry trends.
• Support product positioning by providing targets and sales materials.
• Assist GTM campaigns through online and offline marketing activities and email campaigns.
• Help plan and coordinate industry projects and align roadmaps with XFNs.
