Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Scaled Channel Operations Manager with Sprinklr experience for our global technology client working in the New York, NY area.
Job Title: Scaled Channel Operations Manager, Sprinklr focus
Pay: $90.00/hr. to $105.00/hr. (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days
Location: New York, NY 10011(Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 10 months, possible extension
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Sprinklr to support both reactive issue resolution and proactive business program enhancements.
- Design, launch, and optimize Sprinklr workflows and features to improve operational efficiency and governance.
- Collaborate with BizTech to implement machine learning models and automated case workflows within Sprinklr.
- Work with the Global Vendor Operations (GVO) team to enhance vendor performance and integration through Sprinklr configuration.
- Partner with Performance Leads and ADS teams to build and refine custom metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Enable full-time employees (FTEs) by developing and maintaining knowledge resources, training programs, and DiRT documentation.
- Serve as a key liaison to Social Media Communications Managers and Product Leads, supporting their external messaging and internal reporting needs.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in social media operations using Sprinklr capabilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Sprinklr vendor relationship, including coordination with their Managed Services consultant for issue resolution and system updates.
- Ensure adherence to system governance standards and drive alignment across cross-functional teams using Sprinklr.

Minimum Qualifications:- Proven experience with designing, testing and implementing complex Sprinklr configurations and tooling optimizations
- Prior experience as a system admin in Sprinklr, specifically within Sprinklr's Care Product
- 4-5+ years of experience in Project Management, Sprinklr Configuration and Sprinklr System Admin
- Ability to design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes, with a focus on efficiency and scalability (e.g. tool development, automation, major changes to vendor operational)
- Strong analytical skills to track operational trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes that have a major operational impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including internal, cross functional teams (e.g. BizTech, GVO, CXO, CSO), vendor teams, and leadership
- Proactive Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary, and streamlining processes to eliminate recurring problems, misalignments and inefficiencies.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance to achieve program goals and contribute to team success.
- Deep understanding of Social & Community Operations and its workstreams, including related areas within the organization and in the larger business environment.
