The ideal candidate has 10+ years in scale-up of pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals, with strong process safety knowledge and documentation experience.

Qualifikationen

• Education required: B.S. or M.S in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Ten or more years of scale-up/pharma chemical experience.
• Strong knowledge of chemical process scale-up, mass/energy balances, process safety, and technical document authoring.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and manage tasks.

Aufgaben

• Translate new chemical processes into batch records for production.
• Scale from kilo lab to plant, troubleshooting scale-up issues.
• Support HPAPI production and supervise on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Chemistry, Quality, and Operations teams.
