Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies Engineering in United States, Bay Point, CA, is seeking a Product Development Engineer to scale up multi-million-dollar thermal interface material lines for aerospace applications. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and manufacturing alignment.

The candidate will create process flow charts, DFMEA/PFMEA, and control plans, run DOE studies, and present scale-up reports to top management and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience in adhesive film/paste manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong background in statistics and quality tools (DOE, SPC, FMEA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scale up multi-million-dollar thermal interface material product lines for aerospace applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development and manufacturing.
• Create process flow charts, DFMEA/PFMEA and control plans for new products.
• Conduct design of experiments to study material/process/product relationships.
• Present scale-up findings to senior management and external customers.
• Manage scale-up projects at Bay Point site.
