Fairbanks Scales is seeking a dedicated Scale Technician in Illinois to install, calibrate, and repair a range of scales from bench to truck scales. You will ensure instrument accuracy critical to daily operations and interact with customers and team members to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical training preferred), strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and 1–2 years in maintenance or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certificate or 2-year degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, service, and repair scales and weighing systems.
• Document calibration and repair actions with inspection forms.
• Provide excellent customer service while coordinating with customers and teammates.
