Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking team members for production roles in a plant environment. The position offers competitive starting pay, a $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift, and comprehensive health insurance plus retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Pick up comb and impale flank end of pumped belly, pressing down on comb.
• Hang bellies on hook conveyor and maintain alignment.
• Place lot marking tickets on first and last four bellies of each lot.
• Ensure pump is delivering pickle at all times and maintain pickle levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Crew Leader and Supervisor.
