Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Previous scale, dispatching, or order-taking experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to demonstrate competency in MicrosoftWord, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Weighs trucks and issues outbound tickets; ensures accurate audit trails.
• Maintains safe work environment and assists in safety training.
• Assists customers in locating products and quantities; handles data entry and reporting.
• Enter timekeeping data and generate periodic reports for management.
• Ensure tickets match pricing, weights, and invoicing; maintain cleanliness and organization.
