Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Scale Operator to accurately weigh trucks, record shipments, and support office operations with various administrative tasks.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate tickets, efficient workflow, and strong safety practices on site. In this position you will weigh trucks, ticket outbound sales using the LIFE system, assist customers, track material rates, and maintain precise audit trails.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 2 years of equivalent experience.
• Previous scale, dispatching, or order-taking experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate and able to demonstrate competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Weighs trucks and tickets outbound Sales using the Amrize LIFE system.
• Ensures a safe work environment for self and others at all times.
• Assists in site-specific safety training of visitors.
• Assists customers in identifying and locating needed product and amount.
• Track materials rates from truck scale to final customer billing with complete audit trail.
