Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Scale Attendant in West Palm Beach, FL to support post-collection operations. You will operate the truck scale system, process customer transactions, verify materials and accounts, and maintain accurate records.

This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer-facing roles, strong data-entry skills, and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or related roles.
• Excellent data entry accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck scale systems to process inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Verify customer information, materials, and transaction documents.
• Process scale tickets, receipts, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Support daily operations with coordination with leadership and staff.
• Provide guidance on disposal procedures and facility operations.
• Maintain clean, professional scale house environment.
