Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• General mathematical ability required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to work assigned days and shifts, including some weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately.
• Must pass drug, alcohol and background screening post-offer and prior to start.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and clear communication with department leads, supervisors, and upper management.The Scale Operator supports production operations by operating scale and office equipment, completing paperwork accurately and on time, and helping ensure product information is recorded and communicated effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately weigh products according to customer specifications and assigned area requirements.Enter data using a keyboard and maintain accurate production and scale records.Operate production equipment as well as office equipment, including fax machine, copier, 10-key calculator, scale, computer, and email.Complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and in a timely manner.Read and understand English in order to identify items on paperwork and production documentation.Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with supervisors, associates, department leads, and upper management.Conduct self with a high level of professionalism when interacting with supervisors and associates.Analyze and calculate data using basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, with regard to time and resources.Work assigned hours, including overtime and some weekends as required.Perform other duties as assigned.CompensationCompensation Range: $18.25 an hourThe posted compensation range for this role should reflect the minimum and maximum amount Farmer Focus in good faith expects to pay at the time of posting, based on factors such as internal equity, relevant experience, market data, and the budgeted amount available for the position.Benefits: Farmer Focus offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support team members’ health, financial well-being, and professional growth.
