This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and clear communication with department leads, supervisors, and upper management.The Scale Operator supports production operations by operating scale and office equipment, completing paperwork accurately and on time, and helping ensure product information is recorded and communicated effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately weigh products according to customer specifications and assigned area requirements.Enter data using a keyboard and maintain accurate production and scale records.Operate production equipment as well as office equipment, including fax machine, copier, 10-key calculator, scale, computer, and email.Complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and in a timely manner.Read and understand processing paperwork and production documentation.Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with supervisors, associates, department leads, and upper management.Conduct self with a high level of professionalism when interacting with supervisors and associates.Analyze and calculate data using basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, with regard to time and resources.Work assigned hours, including overtime and some weekends as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Benefits: Farmer Focus offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support team members’ health, financial well-being, and professional growth.
