Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Scale Operator to manage the scale, issue timely tickets, and coordinate truck dispatch orders for maximum efficiency in trucking operations. This role supports builders and customers across North America with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and may require a Weigh Master License depending on state. The role offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Provides timely and accurate tickets to customers ensuring the smooth flow of traffic across the scale, and assists in the coordination of truck dispatch orders to ensure maximum efficiency of trucking.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Coordinates truck dispatch to jobs with orders received from Dispatch Office and operates computer to produce appropriate customer tickets.
• Verifies tickets for numbers, date and time accuracy.
• Sends transaction register and ticket copies to main office on daily basis.
• Transfers all files and tickets transfer files at least twice daily.
• Tares trucks (empty weight) on weekly basis and records as appropriate as well as maintains accurate records of tons sold by product.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Required Training/Certifications: Weigh Master License may be required in some states.
• Required Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and understanding of hardware/software.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
