Strala is rebuilding the foundation of the world’s largest industry—insurance. We are seeking an exceptionally structured, execution-focused operator to scale claims operations and lead a team in SF.

You will work directly with our CEO to bring clarity and efficiency to how insurance claims are handled at scale. You will own special projects, build scalable processes, and bridge claims with product, engineering, and sales while moving fast and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in MBB consulting, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier startup in a strategic projects/operations role.

Responsibilities

• Own special projects and strategic initiatives, working directly with the CEO.
• Build and formalize claims operations as we scale rapidly (process, hiring, workflows).
• Design scalable, data-driven processes that optimize our product workflows.
• Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams.
