Job summary

Smokey Valley Stone Company Inc is seeking a full-time Scale House Supervisor to ensure daily operations run efficiently from 7:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will operate scales, load customer vehicles per policy, and maintain excellent customer relations while handling calls and emails professionally.

The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, basic math, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic mathematical skills and units of measurement.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Responding to company emails in a professional manner.
• Responsible for creating invoice tickets and accurately handle all cash and credit card transactions.
• Generate quotes.
• Maintaining an organized and clean workspace.
• Provides administrative support as needed to the owner of the company.
