Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of industrial, shipping, or manufacturing experience, plus solid organizational and math skills and clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks, issue tickets, manage traffic flow and support dispatching.
• Perform administrative tasks such as purchase orders, payables, fuel tracking, deposits, and routine reports.
• Compile month-end data, conduct margin and cost analyses, and reconcile timecards for plant personnel.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, and maintain office and plant inventory.
